Note: For some reason page 5 is causing a problem when printing for some. After you download the file print pages 1-4, then 6-48, then print page 5 in a MEDIUM quality printer setting. This is the only way I could get it to print. I am no web guru and I have thus far been unable to track down the problem!

Here is the manual, page by page for quick reference. These are jpg files. You may want to pull them into a photo editor to re-size them if needed. The image pop up size that appears on your browser screen might look pretty crappy, but they actually print pretty good. ALSO If you have the newest edition of Internet Explorer you can maximize these jpg's on your screen and they are very read-able.
